Are hair dyes off the internet safe?

You will have to remove the black before you can change your hair color. You may not have to buy anything to get bright colors. Removing the aritificial black pigment will uncover the underlying pigments of your natural hair color and if your natural hair color is dark, you will most likely be blaze orange when you remove the blue (dark) pigment from your hair. At any rate, removing the black yourself could leave your hair looking somewhat like that of a calico cat.....black, red/orange, white.....because this is a very tricky chemical procedure and the least bit of uneven application of the color remover will be a disaster. I don't recommend that you do this yourself. Some brands of hair color are easier to remove than others. I specialize in hair color and color correction and I do know what I'm talking about.
