Contact lenses prescription to gles prescription?

That sort of looks like it is a gles prescription, if it was for contacts, it would have a base curve and a diameter too. Because it is a pretty strong perscription, your contacts won't be exactly the same as your gles anyway. I would suggest you call the place where you got the gles and they should have the prescription on record.
