I have two questions about my bearded dragon?

I'd like to see a pic of it. Is the yellow in patches or splotches or is it even and symmetrical? If it's just patches I'm afraid it could be yellow fungus. However, if it's been there for over a year and he still is eating and acting normal...maybe not. It would be a good idea to go to the vet just in case. Better safe than sorry. Question about ringworm, cats, and babies?

My husband just found out that he has ringworm. We have two cats and I'm due to give birth in a week. Any suggestions as to what we should do first? I'll send my husband to the doctor on Monday, but what should I do about the cats? Should I take them to the vet to be checked out right away? Can the vet give them anything to prevent them from getting it if they don't have it already? In the past I have been given a neck brace to wear (only for a few days). That will keep your head and neck still and keep those sharp, burning, shooting pains from being so intense. My daughter is 16 months old, and we went to a new pediatrician a few weeks ago. At any rate, removing the black yourself could leave your hair looking somewhat like that of a calico cat.....black, red/orange, white.....because this is a very tricky chemical procedure and the least bit of uneven application of the color remover will be a disaster. I don't recommend that you do this yourself. Some brands of hair color are easier to remove than others. I specialize in hair color and color correction and I do know what I'm talking about. Child Support Question in Illinois-Father asking for advice?

Roughly a month ago my son's (1 1/2 years old) mother and I separated. Up to that point, I was a live in father/boyfriend and supported my family 100% since she was pregnant; all income came from me and my employment. Now that we have separated, she has decided to file for child support even though we have agreed on a payment arrangement which is more than Illinois's requires 20% post tax if I am not mistaken-she says she does not want to have to deal with me personally regarding money. Seems silly to me because she will be getting less in the end (right?? if I am giving more than the state minimum on Illinois of over 20% post tax?) but my question is this: she told me that she went to court yesterday and I would be "served" before our court date in June to appear. What can I expect? I am keeping receipts of child support payments going forward (I was giving her cash to make her like easier because she does not have a car or a bank account herself, but she refused to sign a receipt so I will begin giving her money orders so it's traceable going forward) but what exactly will take place when we go to court? I mean I have been providing more than minimum support so what will the judge do since I am voluntarily providing for my son? I don't really care how the money gets distributed to my son's mother, be it through me handing her a payment or a deduction although I don't really want the embarrment or stima of being a deadbeat dad of having a "child support deduction" when I have been willingly providing all along. Also at the court proceeding, would this be an appropriate time to bring up visitation discussions? Right now we have agreed on me having my son on the weekends but I'm starting to think maybe it's best to have it official so there is no question as she made a comment recently about how she could not "allow" me to see my son if she wanted to because we had no legal agreement in place if she wantd to "make my life difficult". This is soooo strange. I have the exact same problem. Back when I had roommates, I thought the roommates took them. Now I have no roommates, and my socks still disappear. The only way I have found to repel sock sucking wormholes is to live within 2-3 miles of a Wal-Mart. In most of the USA this is not a problem. In fact, I think this is why there is a secret government subsidy to place a Wal-Mart every 3 square miles. I have found that Wal-Mart is the opposite end of most wormholes. Check it out next time you are there. They have literally, an infinite supply of socks, in every shape, size, and color. You would need to also build in a custom pan and coat that with tar before building the tub. But, I have seen entire bathrooms done up in tile, including the floor, walls, shower stall, and bath tub. It might not be as comfortable as a regular bathtub, though, since you have to sit on the grout lines. You would probably just be better off building the platform for the tub, tiling that, and then setting a pre-formed tub into it. I did that with a Kohler jacuzzi tub and it's a whole lot better than if I had it done with all tiles.

Stray cat panting and restless?

Our unfriendly stray is panting, crying, and rubbing against us for 24 hours now. She does have kittens every year, so I am afraid she may be having labor complications. We did have feline distemper around our house last month, which killed her other litter, but she has none of the symptoms of this (diarrhea, fatigue, vomitting). What is wrong with this cat? We are concerned because she is very wild, so getting her into a cage has proven impossible. Any ideas of what were dealing with?

B6 Audi A4, how can one tell if it is equipped with a CVT Transmission?

I've been doing some googleing and I read that only the I4 FWD ones have it, but I want to be sure. I hear that the CVT is prone to failure so I want to avoid those. Does the CVT look different than a regular automatic? I've been looking at used cars online and the pictures that Ive seen for automatic 1.8T AWD A4s have the gear shifter/knob with a slot to the side with a + and - for you to shift manually. Isn't this what the CVT does, and so shouldn't it just be on the FWD models? So I really just want to know how to identify a CVT so I can avoid them. Thanks.

I got laid off from a postion with a geology dept. at a major university.?

I was a geology technician for 16 years and I have an ociates degree in Environmental Geology. I also have an ociates in Fish and Wildlife Mgmt. I have 4 years of college in Natural Resources. I can't seem to find jobs in other areas where I can transfer my skills. Employers are being too specific about what skills they want. The Natural Resource/Geology jobs are becoming scarce as they are now requiring Masters degree for the same jobs I was doing. I am 58 years old and I don't think going back to school is an option for me. By the time I get my B.S. degree I will be retiring. Why do bullies bully?

I have to say that I disagree with the poster who says that the victim of internet bullying is to blame because they allow it.It is very difficult to expect children and teens to react with the same maturity as an adult would.I imagine that the victim knows the person who is bullying them so even if it were possible to just delete the threats or comments nothing takes away that the person read the comments or that they will p each other at school.To a young person these threats and comments are very real. Macedonians & money, plz explain?

I dont understand why Macedonians seem to place such importance on aquiring & doling out money, i am not macedonian, but my husband is half macedonian, & recently met his biological father, who was born in Macedonia & has all his family over there. Is 22 too old to start training in MMA in hopes of becoming a professional?

I already do a little bit of BJJ (only once per week because that is all I can afford right now....also the instructor also teaches us Judo moves). The BJJ is Gi as well so I would have to shift to No Gi. But is 22 too old to start in the other aspects as well? (I was thinking I would start training in either Muay Thai or Boxing). see this idea may sound impossible but u know anything is possible in this world no matter how hard it my seem keep that in mind. heres how we do it we must enter the gene and mutate it. the mutation you will have to make depends on how tall u want to be or how short u want to be. we grow by the gene sending messages to different parts of the body that help aid cell division/multiplcation/growth. now a person of 5 foot great condition and lets say he has 1million cells( not in real life just as an example) and i have 1 billion cells. we must destroy some of the cells to equal the 5 foot mans height. he is healthy with his 1 million cells and we will to just destroy some cells to equal 1 million cells as an example not for real life. then we must go to the genes that are left and mutate them so that what ever messages it sends to what ever body parts that aid its cell multiplication it changes and you can be what ever height you want to be. short or tall just mutate and u will be safe. does this sound like a relevent idea. am i right is it possible if you put your time and effort into it?

How would i install an Amp into a 2001 ford escape with the factory mach audio system?

I currently own a 2001 Ford Escape with the factory Mach audio system. This particular system comes with an 8" sub in the rear of the vehicle inside the right side panel. Recently the sub went out and I plan on installing a MTX Thunder TC3002 and Subwoofers to replace the old factory sub and amp. Child support and disabled adult?

My son will turn 21 next month and we live in the state of New York. My son has cerebral palsy and is under my care. His father has been paying child support for the past 10 years and has been sending notes on the final checks counting down until he turns 21, sounding obviously elated that he will not have to support his son any longer. Bear in mind that he does not spend time with his son (who has cerebral palsy) and the notes signal that after he turns 21 he will no longer have anything to do with his child and he is being very sensitive sending nasty notes to me and his son. A good friend of my boyfriend and I is getting married to his partner Emma. They have a child who is two however he is Emma's from a previous relationship. Sadly Emma and her doctor dont think that she'll be able to have any more children which really upsets both of them as they're desperate to have a child together after they're married. What makes things worse is her eggs, ovaries and fallopian tubes are in perfect working order, its just her womb thats damaged. Thats where I come in and need your advice. It is possible to be an E-3 at graduation IF you have a certain number of college credits before entering boot camp. Actually, these people were E-3's before they entered. The Dress Blues are issued to the top graduate. When I was in, one graduate from each platoon was awarded Honor Graduate. It does not have to be the highest ranking graduate since this honor is decided by the drill instructors and tests done during boot camp. Not likely someone who has rank when entering boot camp would be upgraded during the process. Possible, but not likely.

Suggestions for dealing with separation anxiety in 1 yr old golden?

My husband and I both work M-F, 8-5 outside of the home since beginning of Jan. Since then, our golden has been exhibiting separation anxiety. Our first child is due in 4 weeks and we want to make the transition as easy as possible for our puppy. I will be home for 3 months, and then have 3 months of in home care before our puppy will be alone for long stretches of time, but we want to address this now, so we can be proactive, and eliminate the destructive behaviors. She is a very aggressive chewer (has destroyed many toys) and likes to steal clothing (she has figured out how to open the lid to my laundry hamper). We have tried putting all her toys in a small clear tote with the lid off, so she can pull them out during the day, but she doesn't seem to be interested in them unless we are home. We do not want to crate her or leave her outdoors while we are gone. Minnesota is cold!

I am terrified of snakes, and we have a little man-made pond right up against our house. Needless to say, the snakes live under our deck and sun themselves by our pond. I'm trying to remember this movie I seen as a kid on tv, all I remember of the movie is that the monster look like bigfoot but its fur was black and it didn't have fur on it chest with a ape or demon face and there was a sense where a family was visit at a graveyard(I think) where the dad, mom and daughter gone in the graveyard and the son stay in the car and the monster got the son, and the dad couldn't save the boy, and there was another sense where two guys were driving and talking and the monster jump out, roar at them and they was driving away and one guy said that there was no way it could catch up to them and well caught up to them and it push the car over to flip it and killed them, and at the end the only way to kill it was to get it to fall in a pit or grave.
