Plywood floor is warping! HELP!?

ok about 6yrs ago i replaced some of my 1978 mobile home flooring from Particle to Plywood and the plywood is already starting to warp and i can see where the joists are at....wth is going on and how bad is it that the old carpeting is still on the existing particle parts?
