Are your pediatrician's exam rooms baby/kid friendly?

My daughter is 16 months old, and we went to a new pediatrician a few weeks ago. The stand that the baby scales is on has a lower shelf where they put the paper that they use on the scales (That's folded like napkins) on. It has no door on this shelf. I had the hardest time trying to keep her from pulling all of them out. There was 1 cabinet that she could open also that had supplies in it. If the room hadn't been painted with animals all over the walls that I could talk about, we would have been in for it.
