Midwest Domestic Honeymoon Destinations?

Has anyone been to the Kohler Club, or Menominee MI? I've also hear Terra Haute IN (if money is no object..haha) and St. Louis (great Italian restaurants) can be nice destinations. Also I've heard there is a nice resort in French Lick IN. Maybe not Bali, but...
