Would Gingrich and Paul make an interesting team for 2012?

Ron Paul's too old and Newt has some dirt on his skirts, that if I were a Democratic opponent, I would not hesitate to use against him. After all they did not hesitate to dredge up muck against Bill Clinton. Why should things be any different with him?
