1st Birthday party suggestions....?

So I want to start planning my son's first birthday party.. For my babyshower and all his nursery decorations we went with Winnie the Pooh.. and I am not sure what theme I should go with for his birthday party.. any suggestions? There aren't many characters for which there are a lot of supplies.. do you know where to find nice supplies? also what would be good entertainment for the other children and the party?
