Condensation and water in refrigerator . Why?

I have water and condensation in my refridgerator. I have a fridgidaire that is 7-8 y/o. I defrosted the freezer but could not find a clogged drain. The only 2 holes I could find were two openings that led to the refrigerator portion (the part that has the light and some sort of styrofoam piece.) they did not seem clogged. Any other ideas? Thanks
