Delay in diabetic meters and insulin?

Do you think that the big companies that make money on invasive blood sugar devices and needles are delaying making the non invasive blood sugar devices and the insulin that can be sprayed into the mouth or nose or given in a pill.? If they are congress should make it illegal to make all us diabetics continue to suffer for their greed
