How to get your money back from a company that you didn't authorize?

i sign up for a trial thing for only a $1.00, but two days later, i was debited from my checking acct of $130.00. I'm currently unemployed and that's a lot of money to be just giving away like that. I've already spoken to my bank to get the paper work started on an unauthorized payment. I even spoke with three supervisors at the company and they said my money is non-refundable. It really just made me so frustrated that you have people out there that would take advantage of people who are looking for employment. I would suggest to anyone, don't give out personal information over the web, because nine times out ten, they're scam. This really hurts, help, help, help, help!!!!!!!!!!!
