How would i install an Amp into a 2001 ford escape with the factory mach audio system?

I currently own a 2001 Ford Escape with the factory Mach audio system. This particular system comes with an 8" sub in the rear of the vehicle inside the right side panel. Recently the sub went out and I plan on installing a MTX Thunder TC3002 and Subwoofers to replace the old factory sub and amp. I was wondering if there is any chance I can avoid running all new wiring and use some or even all of the wires that are currently there, and if I can use any of the wires, which ones should I use. Any help would be greatly appreciated
