I know how we can get tall or short!!!!!?

see this idea may sound impossible but u know anything is possible in this world no matter how hard it my seem keep that in mind. heres how we do it we must enter the gene and mutate it. the mutation you will have to make depends on how tall u want to be or how short u want to be. we grow by the gene sending messages to different parts of the body that help aid cell division/multiplcation/growth. now a person of 5 foot great condition and lets say he has 1million cells( not in real life just as an example) and i have 1 billion cells. we must destroy some of the cells to equal the 5 foot mans height. he is healthy with his 1 million cells and we will to just destroy some cells to equal 1 million cells as an example not for real life. then we must go to the genes that are left and mutate them so that what ever messages it sends to what ever body parts that aid its cell multiplication it changes and you can be what ever height you want to be. short or tall just mutate and u will be safe. does this sound like a relevent idea. am i right is it possible if you put your time and effort into it?
