Stray cat panting and restless?

Our unfriendly stray is panting, crying, and rubbing against us for 24 hours now. She does have kittens every year, so I am afraid she may be having labor complications. We did have feline distemper around our house last month, which killed her other litter, but she has none of the symptoms of this (diarrhea, fatigue, vomitting). What is wrong with this cat? We are concerned because she is very wild, so getting her into a cage has proven impossible. Any ideas of what were dealing with?
