What is the legal status in the UK, regarding the wearing of KU KLUX KLAN robes?

You can wear these anytime you like especially at halloween,I am thinking about wearing them as I look rather cool and I am within my human rights to have a laugh and look cool if I want.If anyone has a problem with this,how do you think I feel.
