Whats the best way to deal with pimples?

Luckily my Acne isnt bad at all and when its bad usually its where my sideburns are supposed to be and I tend to pop them, I have just scabs from previous acne. My face is has a nice ery pecan color so its darker caucasion. But I want to know the best way to get rid of acne within a day. I have seen too many ways too do it and don't know what works best so Ill ask you the people of normal reality!
