Why do all celeb's kids look homeless?

It drives me nuts. Their hair's never brushed. They never have shoes on. You see Travis Barker and his kids in the park and the 5 y/o has on winter pj's in 90 degree heat. The only celeb that looks like they care what their kids appearance is...is Kate Moss. LOL Seriously. That's sad. Her kid ALWAYS looks like she's at least bathed...
